Pengaruh Promosi Jabatan Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Pada Badan Pengembangan Sumberdaya Manusia Provinsi Riau
Job performance is a very important and interesting part because of its proven benefits. An institution wants employees to study really in accordance with their abilities to achieve good work without good work performance from all members of the organization, then the success of the institution in achieving goals will be difficult to achieve. Suitability of work with skills possessed by Employees can encourage Employees to produce good work performance and increase job satisfaction and this applies also to the organization of Human Resources Development of Riau Province. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of job promotion and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction, and how the influence of job promotion and organizational climate on employee work performance through job satisfaction.
The study was conducted in the Human Resources Development Agency of the Province of Riau on the grounds that agencies have considerable authority in providing direct services to all ASNs in Riau Province. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The number of respondents was 94 people. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression models and path analysis (path analysis)
The results showed that job promotion and organizational climate simultaneously had a significant and linear effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of 78.3%. While the remaining 21.7% is influenced by other factors not examined. And simultaneously job promotion has the greatest influence than the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) of Riau Province. And job promotion and organizational climate have a significant and linear effect on the work performance of the Riau Province Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant and linear effect on work performance directly. Job satisfaction has the most direct influence on the work performance of employees of the Human Resource Development Agency (BPSDM) of Riau Province.
