Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Karakteristik Organisasi, Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Dan Motivasi Karyawan Pt. Dimensi Barumas Perdana Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and training on the motivation and performance of employees of PT Dimesi Barumas Perdana Pekanbaru. Motivation of employees in this study also functions as a mediating variable that can influence job characteristics, organizational characteristics, and training on employee performance.
Data analysis was performed using the structural equation model with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The sample used in the study was all employees from the administrative management and document management levels to 65 operational directors. Stages of data analysis through the validity and reliability outer model and the inner model to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables.
The results of the study show that the factors that influence employee performance are motivation and training. The factors that influence motivation are the characteristics of work, motivation and learning. In addition, job characteristics and training affect performance through employee motivation.
