totaled 4,360 patients, so there was a need for a sampling technique to produce a representative sample, namely by using the Slovin formula and producing a sample of 100 samples. The analysis technique used to test the relationship between variables is path analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the quality of service to word of mouth recommendations through patient satisfaction. The results of data processing obtained tcount of 7.350 and p value 0,000 so that the tcount is greater than the table or (7.350> 1,660) and p value is smaller than 0.05 or (0,000
