Pengaruh Sistem Kontrol Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Dan Hubungannya Terhadap Kinerja Wiraniaga Pada Pt. Agung Automall Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of control systems and leadership on the motivation of salesperson work and its relation to salesperson performance at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru.
For that purpose, a study was conducted by taking a sample of 139 salesperson of PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru with data collection technique used is questionnaire. Data analysis model used is Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). As for testing the hypothesis by looking at the value of R-Square, Q-Square and path coefficient to get information how much latent dependent variable influenced by independent latent variable and significance test.
The result of the research shows that the control system has positive and significant effect on the motivation, but the control system has no significant effect on the performance, the leadership has positive and significant effect on the motivation and on the performance, the motivation has positive and significant effect on the performance.
From R-Square value, the result of research shows the percentage of influence of control system and leadership toward motivation is 67,8% while the rest 32,2% is influenced by other factor. The percentage of influence of motivation as intervening variable, control system and leadership to the performance 85.6% while the rest is caused by other factors.
The result of calculating the value of Q2 shows the amount of diversity from the research data can be explained by the structural model developed in this research is 96%. Based on this result, the structural model in this research has goodness of fit good.
