Malignancy is a disease characterized by the abnormal cell growth and spread in the body. Types of malignancy depend on the types of body cells that turn out to be abnormal. Approval of medical procedure is the agreement given by the patient or his/her blood relative after getting a full explanation of the medical procedure that will be carried out on the patient. This research proposed to determine the quality of information on medical actions provided by medical personnel in patients diagnosed with malignancy in Arifin Achmad Regional Public Hospital. This research was a qualitative research with descriptive method. The sample from this research were doctors who specialist in anatomical pathology and the doctor assistants who work in the anatomical pathology installation at the Arifin Achmad Regional Public Hospital. The results of this research showed that the quality of information on medical actions to be provided by medical personnel serving in the Anatomical Pathology Installation of Arifin Achmad Regional Public Hospital was good and in accordance with the components contained in the informed consent form of the Arifin Achmad Regional Public Hospital.
