Analisis Informasi Pelayanan Pendidikan Di UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Minas
The Office Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) as an extension of the education office has a role as a coach for schools in the sub-district area. Inter-line coordination is needed in the development of education to achieve national education goals. This study aims to determine the role of the UPTD Education in the implementation of an education service information system in Minas sub-district towards schools in its area seen from the aspect of curriculum, teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure as well as basic education data. This study used a qualitative approach, informants came from schools and UPTD Education. Data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, document studies and triangulation. Observations were made to see the process of implementing education in schools and the work process at the UPTD. Interviews at school aim to gather information about the learning process, teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure and management of Dapodik, interviews at the UPTD to gather information about how the system works and management of education. The documents studied were the monthly school reports and records stored / archived by the data processing unit. The results of the data analysis concluded that the Education UPTD which is an extension of the district education office must be able to keep up with the technology in providing education services and coordinating information systems, UPTD It should have accurate data and information related to all matters relating to school. In fact, today the UPTD looks like it is lagging behind in following technological developments that have become a vital part of educational information.
