Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Kognitif Untuk Mendiagnosis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Peserta Didik Pada Materi Kesetimbangan Kimia Di SMA Kabupaten Kampar
This study aims to develop assessment test instruments to diagnose critical thinking skills in chemical equilibrium material, find out characteristics (validity, reliability, level of difficulty and differentiation), and classify school categories based on indicators of critical thinking. This study uses the Borg and Gall model development approach.
The results showed that 30 chemical equilibrium critical thinking questions had been developed which had good characteristics, namely the value of Aiken validity from 3 experts ≥ Vtabel (0.87) which means that all instruments were valid in content, the construct validity test results had overall values ≥ 0,3 which means valid instrument in construct, reliability test results have composite reliability value ≥ 0,7 which means the instrument is reliable, the level difficulty of the items with easy categories is 29 questions and medium number is 1 question, and the differential power consisted of very high categories totaling 14 items, high totaling 7 items, and low totaling 9 items. In addition it has been successfully made a grouping of critical thinking skills of the indicator students in critical thinking skills based on school categories.
