Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Pegawai Kantor SAR Pekanbaru
The research held in SAR Office of Pekanbaru. The aim is to know the direct and indirect effect of leadership and communication toward work motivation and its implication to employee’s performance.
Population are all employees of SAR Office Pekanbaru. Census method was employed to determine the 102 employees as the sample. Data analysis tool is descriptive quantitative by using path analysis.
Result from this research indicate that: (1) Leadership have positive and significant effect on motivation. (2) Communication have positive and significant effect on motivation. (3) Motivation have positive and significant effect on performance. (4) Leadership have positive and significant impact directly on performance. (5) Communication have positive and significant impact directly on performance. (6) Leadership have positive and significant effect on performance through motivation. (7) Communication have positive and significant effect on performance through motivation.
Results of the research have implications for the leadership and communication of employees SAR Office Pekanbaru to be improved in order to increase work motivation and if the work motivation employees SAR Office Pekanbaru increased the performance of employees SAR Office Pekanbaru will also increase.
