Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of discipline and leadership on motivation. The influence of discipline and leadership on performance through motivation and influence of motivation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council of Indragiri Hilir Regency.
The study population was all Civil Servants of the State Civil Servants who served in the Secretariat of the Board of Indragiri Hilir Regency totaling 105 employees. The sample in this study is the total population of 105 employees. The sampling technique used uses census methods. The analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through the WarpPLS.5.0 program
The results of this study indicate that discipline affects motivation. Leadership influences motivation. Discipline has a significant effect on performance through motivation. Leadership has a significant effect on performance through motivation. And motivation affects employee performance.
