This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on employee commitment and performance. And to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and commitment to the performance of employees at Putra Putra, PT. PKS Lubuk Raja Pelalawan Regency.
The research population is employees of PT. PKS Lubuk Raja, Pelalawan Regency, as many as 177 people. The sample in this study was the total population of 123 employees. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with the help of the SPSS program.
The results of this study indicate that leadership and motivation influence commitment. Leadership and motivation influence employee performance. Commitments have a significant effect on performance. Leadership has a significant effect on Employee Performance through Commitment. Motivation has a significant effect on performance through Commitment. The better the Motivation and followed by positive commitment will improve performance. And Leadership, motivation and commitment have a significant effect on performance.
