Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Dan Teknologi Terhadap Sikap Dan Keputusan Penggunaan Kartu Kredit Pada Bank Negara Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru
The use of credit cards was once identical as a consumer payment instrument that wanted to travel abroad and buy passenger tickets as a means of payment now credit cards have become an inseparable part of the consumer shopping lifestyle. Credit card growth between 2016 and 2017 has seen a change in credit card growth for male customers in 2016 and grew in 2017 in contrast to female customers in 2016 and in 2017 there was a decline in credit card demand.
Aside from the lifestyle aspects of society, especially in big cities, the growth of credit cards in Indonesia is also supported by the development of various e-commers in Indonesia that enable consumers to make transactions wherever and whenever. This study aims to measure the influence of lifestyle and technology on attitudes and decisions on the use of credit cards at the Pekanbaru state bank pekanbaru. The population in this study is the customer of the Pekanbaru branch of the Negara Indonesia bank by determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, with sample of 100 people from a total population of 243,770 people, using sample probability using the cluster random sampling method. Data analysis using Partial Keast Square with the help of SmartPLS version 3.0.
The results of the study that lifestyle is very influential on the use decisions in the statement of interest in using a credit card and adding to the pride of pride in using credit cards and the development of technology is very influential on the use decision to help pay more effective and efficient and safe in making payments.
