Goals to be achieved through this research is to determine the effect on the performance of the work environment through employee satisfaction PT. Industry & Trade Bangkinang in Pekanbaru.
The type of data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data with data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study consisted of 158. The sample used was 100 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SPSS 23 for windows.
Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done it can be concluded direct influence on the performance of the work environment by 0216. While the indirect effect on the performance of the work environment through job satisfaction for 0241. Thus, the indirect effect (0241)> influence (0216). This means that the working environment significantly influence performance through direct influence job satisfaction work motivation on the performance of 0159. While the indirect effect on the performance of work motivation through job satisfaction for 0191.
