Decreasing employee performance, which is indicated by the realization of performance targets that are not achieved results in a decrease in company performance. Increasingly tight business competition in the service sector, especially in the banking sector, makes bank employees have to think about how to provide the best service so they can convince and obtain customers, because banks are essentially providing services that must provide excellent service to customers. Field conditions that are sometimes uncontrollable occur when employees meet customers who have a hard character and must be given an understanding many times, of course if they are not faced with patience it will create a bad atmosphere.
This research is a quantitative research, using research instruments in the form of research questionnaires, for CIMB Niaga employees in Pekanbaru. This study uses the Partial Least Square Method approach in analysis, due to the small number of samples, by placing the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence on ethical attitudes and their impact on employee performance.
The results of this study reveal that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have significant influence on ethical attitudes and employee performance. This study also found results of research stating that ethical attitudes did not significantly affect employee performance, so it was suggested that CIMB Niaga Pekanbaru banks create awareness of employees to be able to respect each other, communication to be more open, supportive and still pay attention to higher performance goals.
