Gambaran Histopatologi Hati Tikus Putih (Rattus Norvegicus) Pasca Perlakuan Iskemia-Reperfusi Ginjal
Ischemic-reperfusion injury is a condition that can cause systemic disturbances in the organs of the body, one of which can cause damage to the liver organ remotely. This study aims to determine the effect of renal ischemia on histopathological features of the liver of white rats (Rattus norvegicus). A total of 20 rats were divided into five groups, namely the control group, 45-minute ischemia group, 45-minute ischemia group followed by 1-hour reperfusion, 45-minute ischemia group followed by 2-hour reperfusion and 45-minute ischemia group followed by 2-hour reperfusion. Each group consisted of 4 rats. Clamping in the renal artery for 45 minutes then the clamp is released for reperfusion for 1 hour, 2 hours and 24 hours. Then rats in euthanasia, liver tissue taken for histopathological examination. The results showed that there was damage to liver tissue which was assessed histopathologically as the effect of far ischemic-reperfusion injury caused by ischemia of renal reperfusion in rat animals. The conclusion is histopathological changes in rat liver after being treated with renal ischemia-reperfusion.
