Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Perilaku Citizenship (Ocb) Karyawan Pdam Tirtauli Kota Pematangsiantar, Provinsi Sumatera Utara
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect between organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) employee of Tirtauli Regional Water Company (PDAM) Pematangsiantar, North Sumatra Province.
Dat were collected by using questionnaire that given to 190 employees using simple random sampling technique. Descriptive analysis method used to describe the characteristics of respondents and hypotheses using the relevant statistical tests. The variables used are organizational commitment and job satisfaction as independent variables. As dependent variables are Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and performance. Data analysis in this study was conducted by PLS-based structural equation modeling steps by using SMartPLS program.
The results of this study conclude that organizational commitment and job satisfaction directly and indirectly had an postive and significant effect on performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) is also proven to be able to mediate organizational commitment and job satisfaction on performance.
