Angka Kejadian Komplikasi Kehamilan Dengan Penyakit Asma Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau Periode 2013-2017

Asthma is caused by an airway blockage (1) thickened the wall of the airway, which is caused by the inflammation and edema triggered by histamine ;(2) blockage of the airway by excessive mucus secretion is thick; and (3) hiperresponsivitas airway, marked by great small airway constricting consequence spasme smooth muscle induced by a trigger in the airway wall. Asthma is one of the problems in pregnancy. This study aimed to know the nimber of genesis the complications of pregnant women with asthma in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, 2013-2017. This type of research was retrospective descriptive by using medical records of patients. Univariate analysis was used to assess the incidence of pregnancy, the characteristics of pregnant women with asthma and the frequency distribution of complications in mothers and infants. The incidence of pregnant women with asthma of 2.04% (30 cases) of 30 pregnant women most at age 20-35 year (83.33%) overweight body mass index 23-24.9 kg/m2 (46.7%), frequency distribution of maternal complications early amniotic rupture (6.67%) preeclampsia (10%) and placenta previa (3.33%), complications of a baby born dead (0%) premature (10%) low birth weight (13.33%) In conclusions, pregnancy with asthma will be at risk for maternal complications and infant complications in Arifin Achmad Hospital, Riau Province, 2013-2018.
