Pengaruh Total Quality Management (TQM) Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dengan Kepemimpinan Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau Dan Kepulauan Riau

The research aimed to clarify the effect of total quality management to leadership and the impact to managerial performance of PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau and Kepulauan Riau. The data collected by using questionnaire that has been done with 120 respondents. The main analysis is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a variance/component based approach which does not required the fulfillment to data.
The result of hypothesis testing showed that there were a positive and significant effect between total quality management and leadership, a positive and significant effect between total quality management and managerial performance, a positive and significant effect between leadership and managerial performance, and also there was a mediation relationship between total quality management and leadership to managerial performance of PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Riau and Kepulauan Riau.
