Effect of Competence and Training on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as Moderating Variables at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to see and know the direct effect of Competence and Training on Employee Performance with Organizational Commitment as a Moderating variable in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study was 96 employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Rokan Hulu Regency. The sample size to be used in this study is using the census method, where the population is sampled with Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study show that Competence and Training have a significant effect on employee performance. And with the commitment variable as a moderating variable, it strengthens the relationship between the Competency variable and the Training and Performance of the employees of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Rokan Hulu Regency.
