Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas (Studi Pada Pt. Bank BNI Syariah Pekanbaru)
The existence of a syariah Bank has existed since 1992 under the name Bank Muammalat Indonesia (BMI). The existence of BMI appeared after the enactment of Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning banks that implement a profit sharing system. Bank Indonesia (2002) also detailed Government Regulation No. 72 of 1992 concerning banks based on the principle of profit sharing other than the stipulation of Law No. 7 of 1992 as a supporter of the development of Islamic banking. The stipulation of the legislation also indicates the enactment of the legal basis for the operation of Islamic banking as well as the commencement of the dual banking system era in Indonesia. The relatively good performance of Islamic banking during the 1997 economic crisis made trust even greater, so the government and monetary authorities sought to help its development through the launch of dual system banking with the issuance of Law No. 10 of 1998 concerning Banking.
This study aims to observe the effect of organizational culture,leadership and compentation to job satisfaction impact to employee loyalty in bnisyariahpekanbaru. The study population initially were 110 employees. The sample population was selected using census method, where all populations are sampled. Questionnaire were used for data collectection, and the methods of data analysis using path analysis.
The results shown the organizational culture,leadership and compentationindividualy have significant and positive impact on employee job satisfaction and loyalty Bank BNI SyariahPekanbaru. And job satisfaction mediate the effect of organizational culture,leadership and compentation on employee’s loyalty.
