Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Dan Kinerja Karyawan Tetap Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Pt. Riau Media Grafika/Tribun Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation and Work Environment on morale and performance. Effect of work morale on employee performance. The Effect of Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Performance mediated work morale and the effect of Compensation, Work Environment and work spirit on employee performance moderated by job satisfaction.
The population in this study were all employees of PT. Riau Medika Grafika / Tribun Pekanbaru in 2018 as many as 127 people. The sample in this study were 96 people as samples using cluster sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used in this study were path analysis and moderate regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that Compensation and Work Environment influences employee morale and performance. Compensation and Work Environment have a significant effect on performance through Work Spirit. Work spirit has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction moderates the effect of Compensation and morale on Performance but job satisfaction does not moderate the influence of the work environment on Performance
