Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Gayakepemimpinan Terhadap Komitmen Dan Kinerja Pegawai PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero TBK Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on commitment and performance. And the influence of commitment to the performance of employees who work at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero Tbk Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) Persero Tbk Pekanbaru Branch as many as 173 people. The sample to be used is 128 people. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)PLS.
The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and leadership style significant influence commitment. Furthermore influential organizational culture and leadership style significant influence performance. And Commitment influences employee performance.
