Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Nonfinansial Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Serta Implikasinya Pada Kinerja Anggota Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Provinsi Riau
The research held in Riau Province Public Order Enforcers. The aim is to know the direct and indirect effect of organizational culture, leadership, and non-financial compensation toward work-related discipline and its implication to performance. Population are all member of Riau Province Public Order Enforcers. Census method was employed to determine the 168 enforcers as the sample. Data analysis tool is using path analysis.
The study reveals that organizational culture and leadership have a significant effect on work discipline, while non-financial compensation has no significant effect. Work discipline has a significant direct effect on performance. Only organizational culture has significant influence to performance, meanwhile leadership and non-financial compensation have no significant impact. Indirectly, organizational culture, leadership, and non-financial compensation have an impact on performance when it is mediated by work discipline.
