Pengaruh Curahan Jam Kerja Dan Pendapatan Perempuan Terhadap Fertilitas Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City in 2019, aimed at analyzing the effect of working hours outflow variables and women's income on fertility in Pekanbaru City. In this study, the sample was married women who worked in Pekanbaru City in 2019. The data used in this study were secondary data sourced from the data from BPS (Statistics Indonesia) of Pekanbaru City from 2013 to 2017 and primary sources out of 100 respondents. 100 respondents in this study were determined using the Slovin formula and were selected using the quota sampling technique. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive quantitative method, analysis partially and simultaneously .
From the results of the tests that have been carried out, simultaneously all the independent variables studied in this study together have a significant effect on the variable fertility. Partially the working hours outflow variable does not have a significant effect on fertility variables while the female income variable has a significant effect on fertility variables. The magnitude of the influence ( ) by these two variables together on the dependent variable is 65.3 percent, while the remaining 34.7 percent is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
