In this study the total population of the study was all horticultural farmers in Tambang District, which were 240 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of Issac and Michael tables so that respondents obtained as many as 100 samples. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was descriptive analysis.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level of welfare of household horticulture farmers consisted of secondary crops farmers, fruit farmers and vegetable farmers. Secondary crops farmers are classified into a high level of welfare because the average score is between 17-21 which is classified as high. Fruit farmers are at a high level of well-being, as seen from the average score between 17-21 which is classified as high. Furthermore, vegetable farmers are still categorized differently at the level of moderate welfare, this can be seen from the average score of the decision withdrawal among 10-16 people who are categorized as moderate. Factors that cause differences in the level of welfare of horticultural farmers are income levels. This is because income is the main indicator of farmers in achieving prosperity. So that the difference in income between the families of horticultural farmers consisting of crops, vegetables and fruits will affect the difference in the level of welfare.
