Dampak Transformasi Lembaga Pemasaran Karet Sistem Lelang Terhadap Pendapatan Petani Karet Di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the plantation centers and has the widest rubber land in Riau province. In Kuantan Singingi Regency has a rubber marketing auction system that started at farmer groups in 2007 conducted each district and developed into an association of 2018 to the district level. The objectives of this research are: (1) describing the rubber marketing of the farmers group auction system and auction of associations in Kuantan Singingi Regency, (2) Analyzing farmer's perception of the rubber-marketing Farmer group Auction system and the associated auction Seen from the marketing function in Kuantan Singingi Regency, (3) comparing the equations and differences of the rubber marketing auction system seen from the cost, margin, marketing efficiency and income of rubber farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Research samples amounted to 30 farmers who once participated in the farmer group auction and the association auction. Analysis of the data used are descriptive, marketing analysis, revenue analysis, Likert scale and test paired T-Test samples. The results showed that the auction market both systems had marketing frequencies 1 times a week and the farmers group auction process was conducted via text messaging and an association auction through meetings between large merchants and auction administrators. Perception of farmers towards marketing rubber through farmer group are good enough with a score of 3.38. The perception of farmers on rubber marketing through the association enters in good category with a score of 3.46. Marketing costs, marketing margins, and revenues have a signification result (2tailed) of 0.000, 0.002 and 0.000 which means Ha is accepted and efficiency has a result of 0.115 which means Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted.
