Pengaruh Suku Bunga Kredit Investasi, Inflasi, Kurs Dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Terhadap Investasi Asing Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2009 – 2018

This purpose of the research is to determine the effect of investment loan interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth on foreign investment in Riau province in the long and short run.
Data used in this research is time series from 2009 to 2018, sourced from the Bank Indonesia (BI) Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). The dependent variable in this research is foreign investment (PMA) and independent variables, namely investment loan interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth.
This research uses quantitative methods Error Correction Model (ECM) using software Eviews 10. The results of the research, investment loan interest rates, inflation and economic growth have not statistically significant effect on foreign investment, while the exchange rate had a positive and significant effect in the short term. In the long run, inflation and exchange rates have a positive and significant effect, while the investment loan interest rates and economic growth have not significant effect on foreign investment in Riau Province.
