This study aims to determine the effect of the influence of Occupational Supervision and Safety & Health on Work Productivity of the employees of the processing section at PT. Eluan Mahkota Kecamatan Kepenuh Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study included all employees at PT. Eluan Mahkota, which numbered 74 people.
Primary data is collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, besides that it also uses quantitative analysis that is using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 24 program.
From the results of the tests that have been carried out, simultaneous regression tests (Test F) show that Supervision simultaneously has a significant effect on Employee Productivity, and the Occupational Safety & Health variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee Productivity. Partial Test Results (t test) shows that the supervision variable partially has a significant effect on Employee Productivity, and the Occupational Safety & Health variable partially has a significant effect on employee productivity.
