Penerapan ANFIS Untuk Menentukan Zona Gangguan Pada Saluran Transmisi Tenaga Listrik
High voltage over head is part of the electric power transmission system which has an important role in maintaining the quality and reliability of large-capacity in electricity distribution systems. The transmission system is the element that functions as a simulation object when there is a fault to secure the transmission line of location of the fault that occurs. One type of security that is used to overcome fault in the transmission system is the distance relay as protective equipment in the transmission line. This research has been on 150 kV transmission line modeled using the software Matlab/Simulink R2016a, which simulated using fault asymmetric short circuit that generates voltage and current of each phase. The system being modeled is a four bus systems that consist of bus KP, GS, BP, and bus DR. The method used in this research is the method of Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). The ANFIS method is used to identify the location of the fault zone that occurs on the transmission line. Training and testing data is generated from the results of the simulation run fault asymmetric short circuit in Matlab/Simulink R2016a fault location with distance variation. Then the results of this simulation will be entered into ANFIS to do the training process with 1000 iterations. After the training process is performed, it will get the ANFIS output of a fault zone. ANFIS output shows the accuracy of the target location of the fault zone based on the training process. The process of applying the ANFIS method, then calculate the percent error, ANFIS validation in the form of RMSE and MAE values from the fault asymmetric short circuit on the 4 bus system transmission line with a predetermined variation in the location of the fault. The ANFIS validation results are shown in the values of RMSE and MAE for one phase to ground short circuit that is 0.006472 and 0.005453, for two phase short circuit that is 0.005046 and 0.004201, and for two phase to ground short circuit that is 0.007294 and 0.006535.
