Pengaruh Pemberian Kompos Tkks Dan Pupuk N, P Dan K Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Padi Sawah (Oryza Sativa L.)

This study aims to know the effect of combination of giving empty oil palm bunches (EOPB) compost and N, P, K fertilizer toward the growth and the production of paddy field (Oryza sativa L.). This study was conducted in the village of Padang Mutung Sub-district Kampar Regency Riau Province. This study used a randomized completely design factorial consisting 2 factors and 3 replication. The first factor was 3 treatments of empty oil palm bunches and the second factors was 4 treatments of N, P, K fertilizer. The observation parameters consisted of plant height, maximum number of tillers, number of productive tillers, age of panicle exit, panicle length, harvest age, weight of 1,000 grains of grain, percentage of rice grain, weight of milled dry grain and harvest index. The combination of empty oil palm bunches Compost and N, P, K fertilizer at 10 t.ha-1 compost dosage with a dose of 175 kg.ha-1 Urea, 125 kg.ha-1 TSP, 75 kg.ha-1 KCl showed better result on the parameters of percentage of rice grain and weight of milled dry grain.
