Analisis Evaluasi Program Corporate Social Responsibility (Csr) Wisata Alam Pt Pertamina Ep Asset 1 Di Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

The research aims to determine the evaluation program of Coorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Wisata Alam of PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 in Lirik Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu regency. The object of the research was the society of Lirik Subdistrict whose member of Koperasi Wisata Alam as the organizer of Wisata Alam. The population of the research were executors of PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 CSR Wisata Alam program that consist of 32 executors using census method. The research used secondary data and primary data that collected from interviews and questionnaires. The data that had been collected were analyzed using descriptive kuantitative analysis and likert scale. The result of the research showed that PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 CSR Wisata Alam program has some activities such as a) infrastucture, b) economy, c) environment and d) education.
The evaluation of PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 CSR Wisata Alam program in Lirik Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu regency shown on four variables such as: absorption of employment, incomes, health and education. CSR Wisata Alam program has some impact for the society of Lirik Subdistrict in decreasing the unemployments and better income after joined Wisata Alam. Wisata Alam program had created healthy environment, comfort and ecofriendly along with mentoring program that had done by PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 perfectly with invited the best mentors on each field.
