Pengaruh Dosis Biofertilizer Formulasi Terhadap Kelimpahan Makro Dan Mikrozoobenthos Dalam Kolam Ikan Gabus (Channa Sp.) Di Lahan Gambut
Biofertilizer formulation was an alternative to improved productivity of peatland
because it can improved water quality and increased abundace of benthos in water as
decomposer. This research was conducted in March-April 2018 at the Peatland of
Kualu Nenas Village, Tambang, Kampar, Riau. This study used an experimental
method Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 1 factor with 5 levels of treatment
(P0: without Biofertizer (control), P1: 300 g/m2, P2: 450 g/m2, P3: 600 g/m2, P4: 750
g/m2) and 4 replication. The best treatment in this research were P4 (750 g/ m2).result
of research show there was 7 species of macrozoobenthos and 21 species of
microzoobenthos which was in peat soil. Species Culex (4.599 Ind/m2) and Aurila
convexa (4.600 Ind/m2) was the highest for the abundance. Total abundance for
macrozoobenthos was 4.953 Ind/m2 and for microzoobenthos was 18.041 Ind/m2 .The
diversity index value (H') macrozoobenthos was 1.54 and the dominance value (C)
macrozobenthos was 0.45 and the diversity index value (H') microzobenthos was 3.00
and the dominance value (C) microzoobenthos was 0.23, then the specific growth rate
for Channa sp. fish was 4.32%-5.52%, absolute weight range from 4.49-8.49 g and
survival rate (SR) range from 64%-75%. As for water quality which includes
temperatures ranging from 27-32oC, pH ranges from 6-7.5, DO ranges from 3.1-7.1
mg/L, nitrates range was 1.76-2.94 mg/L, phosphates range from 1.44-3.60 mg/L.
