Pengaruh Jumlah Uang Beredar Dan Defisit Anggaran Terhadap Nilai Tukar (Usd/Idr) Tahun 2000-2017

This study aims to find out how the influence of the money supply and the budget deficit on the exchange rate (USD / IDR). The data used is time series data throughout the period 2000 to 2017. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method with multiple linear regression using the SPSS 24.0 computer statistical program. The results of the research obtained are the money supply and the budget deficit - together having an effect on the exchange rate (USD / IDR) period 2000-2017 with a significant value of 0,000. Partially the money supply does not have a significant effect on the exchange rate (USD / IDR period 2000 -2017 while the budget deficit statistically has a positive influence on the exchange rate (USD / IDR) in the period 2000-2017 with a regression coefficient of 0.017. Variations of factors that influence the exchange rate (USD / IDR) are explained by the money supply and the budget deficit together having an effect of 79.9% (R2 = 0.799) while the remaining 20.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
