Pengaruh Pad Dan Belanja Modal Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Kabupaten/Kota Di Provins iRiau 2008-2017

This study aims to determine the effect of PAD and capital expenditure on the
financial performance of districts / cities in Riau Province in 2008-2017. This
study used secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Riau
Province. The analysis method used multiple linear regression. The variables
used are PAD, capital expenditure and financial performance.
The results of the study indicate that the variable Regional Original Income
(PAD) has a positive effect on the Financial Performance of District and City
Governments in Riau Province in 2008-2017. This is indicated by the PAD
variable regression coefficient of 0.853. The capital expenditure variable has a
negative effect on the financial performance of regency and city governments in
Riau Province in 2008-2017. This is indicated by the capital expenditure variable
regression coefficient of -0.444.
