Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Dekla (Studi Kasus Dekla Khatulistiwa Di Kecamatan Bangkinang Kota Kabupaten Kampar)

This research was conducted on Dekla Khatulistiwa. The purpose this study was to determine the feasibility of business maintenance of Dekla Khatulistiwa in City Bangkinang Sub-district B from terms non-financial aspects such as market aspects, technical aspects, social and economic aspects and in terms financial aspects.
This study uses secondary data and primary data where secondary data is obtained from Dinas Perkebunan kabupaten Kampar. As well as primary data obtained directly from the businessman Dekla Khatulistiwa. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method.
The results showed that in terms market aspects of Dekla Khatulistiwa in City Bangkinang Sub-district is feasible to run, indicated by the increasing number residents of Kampar District and the increasing economic activities that caused the community to be more busy then wide open business opportunities, and promotions used already made the business known to the public. In the technical aspects strategic business locations and in accordance with the target or target market, easily obtained raw materials are generally purchased from online stores, markets and shipped from other regions, the technology used is sufficient enough to support the business production process, as well as the availability labor adequate for business continuity.
From a financial perspective, the result is the Net Present Value which shows a positive value of Rp 18.394.401,6. The B/C Ratio method obtained a value of 1.02. With the presentation of the analysis from several aspects above, the results of the research show that the business of dekla khatulistiwa in City Bangkinang Sub-district Kampar District is feasible and can be developed.
