This study aims to determine the impact of the asphalt processing plant business on the value of public health in Pematang Tebih Village, Ujungbatu District
The study amounted to the total population of the families in Pematang Tebih Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2018 with a total of 3,520 households. The method of collecting samples is done by using the formula used by Frank Lynch with an error limit of 15%, then the number of samples taken from the population to be used as respondents in this study is 42 families. Data collection techniques used in this study are library studies, questionnaires, interviews or interviews, and questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive.
Based on the results of this study indicate that the impact of the asphalt processing plant business on the health value of the community in Pematang Tebih Village Ujungbatu Subdistrict led to a decline in public health marked by the type of ARI suffered by 16 people with a percentage of 38.10%, 13 influenza as influenza 30.95%, gastritis as many as 2 people with a percentage of 4.76%, rheumatism as many as 6 people with a percentage of 14.29% and other diseases as many as 5 people with a percentage of 11.91%. As well as the costs incurred by the community through class I BPJS of Rp.81,000.00 / month as many as 2 people or 4.76%, class II BPJSs of Rp51,000.00 / month as many as 11 people or 26.19% and class III BPJS amounting to Rp25,000.00 / month as many as 29 people or 69.05% of the number of respondents who participated as BPJS Health participants.
