Rambah Baru Village is the center of pondoh zalacca farming in Rokan Hulu Regency, in Rambah Baru Village the pondoh zalacca plantation has been maximally produced. So that this village has also become an object of salak pondoh for the surrounding community, many people who make this area as a place to travel while buying and enjoying pondoh zalacca. The pondoh zalacca farming business in Rambah Baru Village has an area of 13.50 Hektars. The purpose of this study is to analyze what impacts the Rambah Baru community feels with the presence of pondoh zalacca farming. By knowing the impact analysis of the pondoh zalacca farming business, it is hoped that it can increase the income of farmers and the community so that they can move their economy. The analytical method used in this study is the observation method, namely the technique of collecting data with interviews, direct interviews and direct observation with the object of research and also the questionnaire method, which is collecting data by making a questionnaire first, then distributing the questionnaire to farmers pondoh zalacca which is a sample in research with questions in the form of farmers' general identity data which consists of name, age, number of family members, family expenses or family expenses, land area, number of harvests, selling price, year of planting, length of farming, permanent employment and other businesses obtained from the pondoh zalacca farming busines. The results of this study of pondoh zalacca farming have a positive impact on improving the economy of the community. From pondoh zalacca farming activities, derivative businesses also emerge which are expected to be able to drive the economy of the community.
