Pengaruh Modal, Bahan Baku, Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Produksi Industri Kerajinan Songket Melayu Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted on the Malay songket craft industry in Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the effect of capital, raw materials, and labor on the production of Malay songket craft industry in Pekanbaru City, 2) to find out variables that have a dominant influence on the production of Malay songket craft industry in Pekanbaru City.
The type and approach of this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is 15 Malay songket craft industries, the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sampling technique which is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as samples, namely 15 samples of Malay songket craft industry in Pekanbaru City. The data used in this study are secondary data and primary data. Data collection is done by means of questionnaires.
The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Stastistical Product and Solution) program facilities 21. The results of data analysis show that the R2 value is 0.959, meaning that capital, raw materials and labor affect songket melayu production 95,9% while 4,1% is influenced by other factors not analyzed in this study. From the results of the simultaneous statistical Ftest 573,217> Ftable 3,49, it means that the independent variables of capital, raw materials and labor together influence the dependent variable of Malay songket production in Pekanbaru City. From the statistical test results partially obtained capital coefficient of 0.037, raw material coefficient of 0.055, and labor coefficient of 0.763 determine the variables of capital, raw materials, and labor that have a significant positive effect on the production of Malay handicrafts in Pekanbaru and the variables labor force that has a dominant influence on the production of Malay songket handicrafts in Pekanbaru City because it has the most known regression coefficient of 0 is 0.763.
