This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of the financial aspects and to determine the level of efficiency of business broiler breeders partners from PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera. The data used in this study uses primary and secondary data. The data analysis method used is financial feasibility test, namely: net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return payback period and r / c ratio. The results of the analysis of the financial feasibility of broiler breeder business partners from PT. Semesta Mitra Sejahtera is feasible to be implemented and developed, because all analyzes meet the investment feasibility requirements of the four farmers with their own capital (interest rate of 10.4%). With a positive NPV value, a PI is greater than 1, an IRR is greater than a factor discount (10.4%) and a payback period of 2.738 years and a breeder's business is efficient in optimizing inputs and outputs by obtaining an r / c ratio> 1.
