Regional orginal income is income derived from the results of regional taxes, the results of regional levies, separated processing results, and other legitime local revenue, which aims to explore funding in implementing regional autonomy as a manifestation of the priciple of desentralization. This study aims to find out how much the contribution and potential of the retribution of health services to local revenue in the city of Pekanbaru.
This study uses quantitative analysis, which discusses the problem of research by describing it as well as exlpaining the data obtained and interpreted according to the relevant theory so that it can describe the situation that occurs.
From the results of tests that have been conducted, the contribution of health service retribution to regional income in 2013-2017 was 1,096%, the largest contribution was 2014 and the lowest in 2017. With the growth rate of health service retribution of 3,43%, and with the matrix of potential health service levies for 2013-2017 is included in the developing category due to the unstable contribution and growth rate.
