Pengaruh Belanja Daerah Terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Di Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2007-2017

This study aims to determine the development of human development index, regional expenditure on healt function, regional expenditure on education function, regional expenditure on economic function, and aims to determine the effect of spending on function health, regional expenditure on education functions, and regional expenditure on economic functions on the human development index in Pekanbaru City in 2007-2017. This research uses secondary data obtained from the financial statement published, that is official website directorate general of financial balance and Central Agency of Statistic from 2007 to 2017 time span. In this research using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method to determine the change of value of the dependent variable that is human development index (Y), influenced by independent variable that is regional health function expenditure (X1), regional expenditure on education functions (X2), and regional expenditure on economic functions (X3) by using multiple linear regression technique. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive, which is to explain the results of computerized with using SPSS program 22.0 version.
Based on the descriptive result conducted it can be seen that human development index, regional expenditure on healt function, regional expenditure on education function, regional expenditure on economic function both have increased from years to years. And the results of reseach showed that simultaneous test (F Test) was produce the value of F count of 21,654 and the value of F table at 95% test level is 4,46 which is known that the value of F count is greater than F table (21,654>4,46). It can be concluded that the regional health function expenditure, regional expenditure on education functions, and regional expenditure on economic functions simultaneously have significant effect on the human development index in Pekanbaru City. Partial regression test (t test) showed that regional expenditure on education functions has positive and significant effect to human development index, regional expenditure on education functions has positive and significant effect to human development index, meanwhile the regional expenditure on economic functions significant effect to human development index in Pekanbaru City.
