Pengaruh Remunerasi Terhadap Kinerja Anggota Ditreskrimum Kepolisian Daerah Riau Melalui Kepuasan Karier Dan Komitmen Organisasi
The purpose of this study is the effect of remuneration on the performance of Members of the Riau Regional Police's Directorate of Police Criminal Investigation through Career Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. This study has a population of 121 people with the entire population sampled. Method of processing data using path analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Remuneration variables have a significant positive effect on the General Criminal Directorate of Riau Regional Police, Pekanbaru. 2) Remuneration has a significant positive effect on Career Satisfaction in Riau Regional Police Ditreskrimum, Pekanbaru. 3) Remuneration variables have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment in Riau Police Headquarters Ditreskrimum, Pekanbaru. Pekanbaru. 5) Variables Organizational commitment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the General Criminal Directorate of the Riau Regional Police, pekanbaru. 6) Variable analysis results mediation using the Sobel test, concluding that career satisfaction can be mediated Effect of remuneration on member performance, Ditreskrimum Polda Riau, Pekanbaru 7) while organizational commitment variables as the mediating variable of the remuneration effect on member performance is proven.
