The research was purposed to know the health influence and work safety, guidance and job dicipline toward the employees productivity of PT. Asam Jawa Pangarungan, North Sumatera.
The population of research are all the employees of PT. Asam Jawa Pangarungan totally 202 people. The sample removal is done by random technique. While determining the amount of sample by using slovin method until get 134 sample. The data analyst is the linier regretion multiple by the help of SPSS 18.00 version programme.
The result showed that we have done, indicate that the safety and the health, guidance and employees dicipline simultantly and partially influential toward job productivity of the employees. In this case the safety and health is running well, the guidance is appropriate by necessity and the employees dicipline upgrated so that it will up the job productivity of employees.
The key word : The health and work safety, guidance, job dicipline, productivity.
