The Web Based Boarding Management Application described in this final project describes the development process that is based on the problems that occur in the payment process at boarding houses like, difficulty in paying boarding money, difficulty seeing rooms that are still empty, and transaction processing. To overcome the existing problems the authors do several stages such as, literature study, observation, interviews and applying the waterfall method in the process of developing the system. In the design stage, several diagrams, such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams are made as references in system development. Use case diagrams have several use cases such as logging in, managing user data, managing boarding house data, managing room data, managing tenant data, verifying proof of payment, printing reports, viewing payment status, making payments, managing profiles, and viewing payment reports. Class diagrams consist of several classes including tenants, admin, boarding house, payment, and room. Sequence diagrams describe the flow of a system that has a main process that refers to the use case. With the detailed design, the boarding house management application can be developed and it is expected that this application can be implemented as a solution to the existing problems.
