Temporary Unconditional Cash Transfer is one of the government's social assistance programs to help poor people in Indonesia. In this case the selection process still done manually so it takes a long time.Thus, Topsis method is needed to determine the prospective temporary unconditional cash transfer of Rimba Melintang sub-regency. In the selection process uses 14 indicators. decision support system for determining the temporary unconditional cash transfer recipients hoped can help the selection process quickly and on target. This system was developed using PHP programming languages and using MySQL as database. The result of the system will produce the final score of each prospective recipient of cash transfer with the rank order from the highest to the lowest, the prospective recipient with the highest rank will be the priority to get the assistance.
