Analisis Layanan Wi-Fi Di Fakultas Keguruan Dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Riau Menggunakan Metode Servqual (Service Quality) Dan Ipa (Importance Performance Analysis)
University of Riau is located in Riau province. Guidance and Counseling is one of
the faculty that has the most Wi-Fi users based on a survey of the ICT Unit Riau
University should certainly be watched level Wi-Fi service available. Satisfaction
with the quality of service can not be judged based on the viewpoint of the service
provider, but also must be viewed from the perspective of the service user. The
method can be used to measure the satisfaction level of users of the service is a
method of SERVQUAL (service quality) and methods of IPA (importance
analysist performance) to calculate the value of the benefit of a service so that it
can determine the business strategy. Results of the study showed that the
calculation gap dimensions servqual tangible value -0.49, reliability 0.00,
responsiveness -0.37, assurance -0.75 and empathy -0.45. The calculation of the
IPA, shows two important attributes that a top priority for improvement, which is
an attribute of employee availability Wi-Fi to provide free Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi
network coverage which allows users.
