This study aimed to determine the feasibility of home industry of smoked catfish in the Pekanbaru. Benefits of research as input or information for parties related to the development of home industries, especially the home industry of smoked catfish, as information material for other researchers who want to research further in the same aspects and related aspects as well as to apply the knowledge that the authors obtain during the lecture. The population and sample in this study are the smoke catfish household industries in Pekanbaru, which amount to 4 businesses. The data used in this study were primary and secondary data. The technique of collecting data through interview methods and observation method. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis which includes market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects and socio-economic aspects, while quantitative analysis was done to analyze financial aspects such as Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C Ratio), Internal of Return (IRR) and Payback Period. The results of this study indicated that the non-financial and financial aspects of the household industry of smoked catfish in Pekanbaru were feasible to be developed. In the non-financial aspect, the criteria had been met, the financial aspect showed the NPV value of the Yadi Bersaudara, Minatani Mandiri, Sedap Bakat, and Salai Super businesses in the amount of Rp.51,864,241.3, Rp. 118,897,833.4, Rp.139,852,222, Rp.89,353,913.8, IRR value of 56.2%, 78.1%, 88.2%, 69.4%, B/C value of Ratio of 1.09 , 1.27, 1.25, 1.14, Net B / C Ratio value of 2.27, 2.98, 3.15, 2.57, and Payback period of 1 year 7 months, 1 year 2 months , 1 year 1 month, 1 year 4 months.
