Analisis Permasalahan Industri Kreatif Berbasis Kuliner Seafood Di Kota Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to find out the problems discussed in the seafood culinary industry in Pekanbaru City and how the problem in obtaining seafood raw materials in Pekanbaru City was through suppliers, fishermen or raw materials from their own production. The research population is culinary entrepreneurs distributed in the City of Pekanbaru. Sampling is determined by 7 seafood entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City. Data collection uses collection and questionnaire. The results of the study conclude consumer satisfaction with the seafood industry in Pekanbaru City. Problems in getting raw materials constrained in the supply of raw materials for the compilation of the rainy season in the ocean, increasing the number of fish supplied cannot meet the needs of seafood culinary raw materials can also be used to buy raw materials according to the business margin requirements.
