Analisis Struktur Perilaku Dan Kinerja Industri Kecil Makanan Olahan Martabak Manis Bandung Di Kota Pekanbaru
This research purposed for knowing market structure and market performance of small industry of processed sweet martabak of bandung in Pekanbaru City. Data used in this study is primary and secondary data. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods through the theory of Structure Conduct Performance. In this model variables are used for calculations is Market Share, Concentration Ratio, Hirschman Herfindahl Index, Minimum Efficient Scale, Capital Labour Ratio, and Profit Cost Margin. The result of the research noted that small industry of processed sweet martabak of bandung in Pekanbaru City proven to have monopoly structure with Market Share values is 91,6 percent and IHH values is 4202,42 and berarti means having a dominant position in the market. Then obtanained values Minimum Efficient Scale (MES) is 80 percent this means that the barriers to new players to enter the market achieve difficult 80 percent and to enter the industry every new player must be able to achieve high production efficiency scale so as to survive and compete in the market martabak of bandung. Seen from the Capital Labour Ratio analysis obtanined a value of 3,8 percent, small industry of processed sweet martabak of bandung in Pekanbaru City include capital intensive industries. Then based on the PCM calculations the value is 31,24 percent. This means the average ability to increase prices above production cost reaches 31,24 percent and profits are not influenced by the Market Share power.
