Pengembangan Instrumen Penilaian Kecerdasan Linguistik Sekolah Dasar Di Sd Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru
Linguistic intelligence is one of 8 multiple intelligences that currently attract attention in the world of education. Linguistic intelligence is a person's ability to speak both verbally and in writing, besides that people who have linguistic intelligence also master the components of linguistic intelligence consisting of phonology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) with the 4D model. The subjects in this study were experts as validators, students of the Va Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru elementary school for the trial and the homeroom teacher of the Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru primary school. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to the validator, linguistic intelligence tests to students and teacher questionnaire responses. The data analysis technique used is to calculate validation scores, linguistic intelligence test scores and teacher response questionnaire scores. In this study, the researchers concluded that the developed linguistic intelligence assessment instrument was declared worthy of use based on the results of validation of 86% with a very feasible category, the results of the teacher's response of 88% with a very practical category and the level of linguistic intelligence of students of the Va class at Sd Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru of 69% with quite high category. The obstacle in the development of linguistic intelligence assessment instruments is the lack of knowledge of the school about the importance of linguistic intelligence for students in elementary schools.
