Abstract
A fire broke out in 2015 that plagued the sukaramai plaza. So that PT. Makmur Papan Permata formed an addendum to the agreement that had lasted so far with the merchant / owner of the shop unit that ended up until the time of force majour, to be able to re-order the shop unit in the sukaramai plaza which would later change its name to Sukaramai Trade Center Pekanbaru. The purpose of this thesis is; First, to find out the implementation of store orders between the customer and PT. Makmur Papan Permata at Sukaramai Trade Center Pekanbaru. Second, to find out the constraints of implementing store orders between the customer and PT. Makmur Papan Permata at Sukaramai Trade Center Pekanbaru
This type of research can be classified in the type of sociological (empirical) legal research, because in this study the author directly conducts research at the location or place of study in order to provide a complete and clear picture of the problem under study. This research was conducted in Pekanbaru City, while the population and sample were PT. Makmur Papan Permata and the Buyer. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, questionnaires, and literature study.
From the results of the study there were two main points that were concluded; First, PT. Makmur Papan Permata has done a default in the form of not fulfilling or carrying out the achievements as specified in the store order letter. Second, the obstacle in the implementation of the store order is the delay in the completion of the Sukaramai Trade Center Pekanbaru building so that it has an impact on the delay of the store handover from PT. Prosperous Permata Board to the buyer. Author's Suggestions, First, In the implementation of store orders between the customer and PT. Makmur Papan Permata in Pekanbaru's Sukaramai Trade Center still lacks good communication between the parties. Second, so that the buyer of the store is not disadvantaged in the implementation of the agreement. The Buyer must confirm with PT. Makmur Papan Permata is related to the responsibility of carrying out the store order
